Mr. Gautam Vallabhbhai Sihora, aged 44 years, is the Chairman & Managing Director and Promoter of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Homoeopathic Medicine & Surgery (BHMS) from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, which he completed in 2007. After completing his education, he ventured into the textile industry and in 2007 established “Sihora Narrow Fabrics” as a proprietorship concern, marking the beginning of his entrepreneurial journey. With a vision to expand, he set up a textile manufacturing unit with Jacquard Needle Looms, specializing in narrow woven fabrics. He has over 17 years of experience in the textile and textile machinery industry, with expertise in manufacturing narrow woven fabrics, garment accessories, elastics, zippers, rapier label looms, and industrial lacing belts. He oversees the Company’s overall marketing operations and plays a pivotal role in formulation of business strategies, business development, technology adoption, product innovation, and implementation of manufacturing upgrades.

Under his leadership, Sihora Narrow Fabrics was successfully taken over by Sihora Industries Private Limited on 17th October 2023, which was later converted into Sihora Industries Limited on 4th July 2024. He continues to lead the Company’s strategic growth and global expansion.

In addition to managing production and marketing, Mr. Gautam Sihora has contributed significantly to training, guiding, and strengthening teams across production, marketing, finance, and technical functions. He also travels internationally for research and development of machinery and technology to upgrade the Company’s production capabilities.

Mrs. Priyal Gautamkumar Sihora, aged 41 years, is the Executive Director and Promoter of our Company. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma) from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, completed in 2005. Thereafter, she pursued higher studies and successfully completed a Diploma in Management (2008), a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (2009), and a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management (2011) from Indira Gandhi National Open University.

In 2021, she established her independent venture, Annanya Designer, as Proprietor. The firm is engaged in job work related to textiles, further enhancing her expertise and entrepreneurial footprint in the industry. Prior to this, she was also actively supporting her husband in marketing strategies and business development at Sihora Narrow Fabrics. She has over 10 years of rich experience in the textile industry, having been actively involved in the Company’s operations since its inception. She continues to supervise administration, finance, and commercial functions of the Company and plays a pivotal role in shaping business marketing strategies, product innovation, and upgradation initiatives to ensure sustainable growth.

In her role as Executive Director, she contributes to strategic planning, financial oversight, and administrative management, while also guiding business development activities. Her leadership has been instrumental in expanding the Company’s market presence and introducing innovative product lines.

She is also a Partner in Anaadi Global Co., a nutraceutical and healthcare venture based in Surat (since 2021), reflecting her ability to diversify business interests beyond textiles. Additionally, she is actively associated with industry initiatives, including being a Member of the Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (since 2020–2021). With her visionary leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and multi-disciplinary expertise, Mrs. Priyal Gautamkumar Sihora continues to play a crucial role in driving the Company’s growth, financial stability, and innovative approach in the textile sector.

Mr. Chirag Rameshbhai Dhameliya, aged 32 years, is a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Gujarat Technological University, which he completed in 2015. He has over five years of rich and in-depth experience in the textile and narrow woven fabrics industry. Prior to joining our Company, he was actively associated with Sihora Narrow Fabrics till September 2023, where he contributed through job contract work and gained extensive practical exposure to textile manufacturing operations.

Mr. Chirag Dhameliya was appointed as an Additional (Non-Executive) Director of Sihora Industries Limited with effect from 8th May 2024 (DIN: 10622026). Since then, he has been supporting the Company’s growth journey by bringing his knowledge of the Indian textiles market and his operational experience in narrow woven fabrics. With his deep understanding of textile business dynamics, leadership abilities, and strong problem-solving skills, he is expected to play an important role in helping the Company explore new markets, strengthen operational efficiency, and reduce employee turnover through improved personnel management.

Rajesh Kalubhai Mepani, aged 45 years, and he holds Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce. He is having his own practice in the fields of Accounting Direct Taxation and Indirect Taxation.

CA Pratik Radadiya (B.Com., FCA, DISA) is the Managing Partner of VCAS & Co., Chartered Accountants, headquartered in Surat. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with more than a decade of experience in accounting, auditing, and consultancy services. He completed his graduation from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat, and holds a post-qualification diploma in Information System Audit (DISA). He has further enhanced his professional credentials through certifications in Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection, Public Finance & Government Accounting, Co-operatives, and Concurrent Audit of Banks.

As a practicing Chartered Accountant, he upholds the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and excellence, ensuring quality service delivery across a diverse client base.
